Nice hotel, nice staff and good service. Please check some type of room has no bathroom. You need to use public bathroom/onsen on the 6floor.

Great hotel with an awesome onsen. Their dinner and breakfast food are superb. The room is huge by Japanese standard. Service by the staff is of the highest standard. Their location is remote and quite near the railway track which made it quite noisy. The complimentary ramen every night was a good touch.

Very disappointing hotel. Dinner food was acceptable. Breakfast is VERY LOW QUALITY (frozen food). Cheap coffee. Dirty table clothes are old with stains. Onsen bath area water is dirty (no fresh water) and people do not shower before entering. Beds are old (hard) windows are dirty with many spider webs. Staff is friendly.

We had the best experience! The hotel is on top of the mountain.The food is great we ate so much! The onsen view was wonderful. And we used karaoke too! If you live in the city and wants to escape the hassle life this place is great. You can see nature,you can have peace ,great food and onsen! The staff also was great! Be sure to comeback again ☺️

Very nice hotel. Good food, good service, newly renovated room, nice Onsen. I have already booked another two nights during the Sakura season.

Good, but basic onsen experience; three pools, one outside; no hot air sauna or steam room; standard dinner was decent; breakfast buffet is adequate; room was spacious and clean; no wifi in rooms, only in the lobby; service, as it always is in Japan, is excellent
